All-American

Congratulations to junior Cole Atwell for being named boys water polo second team All-American.  Cole was first team All-League and ALL CIF as he helped lead the boys water polo team to the CIF Open Division finals.

Girls Water Polo Wins Tournament

Congratulations to the girls water polo team for winning the El Nino tournament.  The girls program has won this tournament 6 year in a row. The girls begin their league play on Thursday, January 4th at Cathedral at 3:30pm.  Their first home league game is Tuesday, January 9th at 3:30pm vs Coronado.

Basketball Wins Tournament

Vikings Varsity boys basketball team brings home the championship trophy Friday from the Hilltop Invitational Tournament.  Senior, Jacob Ohara was awarded Tournament MVP and Junior, Behzad Hashemi earned All Tournament Team. The Vikings open their regular season league play the first week of January.

Gal Commits to Haverford

Congratulations to Charlie Gal who committed to play Division III basketball at Haverford College in Pennsylvania.  Charlie pictured on Haverford’s campus during his recruiting visit.  

Water Polo in CIF Open Final

Congratulations boys water polo for defeating Bishop’s 11-9 in the CIF Open Division Semi-Final.  They advance to the CIF Open Championship on Saturday, November 11th at 7:00pm at Coggan Pool vs Coronado High School.
